1/2tspsichuan peppersubstitute with black pepper

Instructions
Cook your chosen noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, rinse with cold water, drain. Add 1 tbsp light soy sauce and half tsp sugar, stir well and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Add sliced onions, fry until translucent.
Add sliced carrots, mushrooms, broccoli florets to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender but still crisp.
Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sichuan pepper and sugar to the vegetables, stir it up
Combine with Noodles:Add the cooked noodles to the pan with the vegetables. Toss everything together until well combined.
Add salt and minced garlic.
Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and well-coated with the sauce.
Use another pan to fry some eggs, sunny side up.
Transfer the vegetarian fried noodles to serving plates or bowls. Serve with 1 egg, and some black sesame seeds. Enjoy your delicious and nutritious veggie-packed meal!
